Information we collect

We may collect account details, email address, profile preferences, subscription status, scan records, selfies or images you upload, progress data, routine activity, support messages, app usage data, and messages or inputs you send to AI Coach.

Face Data and Selfie Processing

When you upload or capture a selfie, GlowMax AI collects the image you provide and visible appearance-related information from that image. This may include visible skin, hair, facial appearance, grooming, lighting, image quality, and other appearance-related signals needed to generate a Glow Score, AI Glow Report, scan history, progress tracking, and related beauty, grooming, and wellness guidance.

GlowMax AI does not use Face ID, does not perform biometric identity verification, does not identify who you are from your face, does not create a face template for recognition, and does not use face data to authenticate users.

Uploaded selfies are used only to provide GlowMax AI app features, including scan analysis, Glow Score, AI Glow Report, scan history, progress tracking, and related beauty, grooming, wellness, routine, and appearance-improvement guidance.

Selfies and scan images

When you upload a selfie or image, GlowMax AI may store it privately so it can support scan results, AI Glow Reports, scan history, progress tracking, and related product features. Uploaded images are not public profile images.

You should only upload images of yourself or images you have permission to use. Do not upload images of minors, third parties without permission, or content that violates app policies.

Third-Party AI Processing

To generate AI Glow Reports, Glow Scores, scan insights, and AI Coach responses, GlowMax AI may send uploaded selfies, scan context, profile preferences, and user-provided inputs to third-party AI providers for analysis.

These third-party AI providers may include Google Gemini / Google LLC, OpenAI, LLC, and Anthropic, PBC.

This processing is used only to provide beauty, grooming, wellness, routine, and appearance-improvement guidance inside GlowMax AI. AI-generated results are estimates and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or affected by lighting, angle, image quality, user inputs, and other factors.

AI Coach messages

Messages you send to AI Coach may be processed by Google Gemini / Google LLC, OpenAI, LLC, Anthropic, PBC, or other infrastructure providers so GlowMax AI can respond with general beauty, grooming, routine, appearance-improvement, and wellness guidance.

You should not submit sensitive medical information, emergency information, or information that requires professional medical advice.

Face Data Storage and Retention

Uploaded selfies, scan records, and scan results may be stored privately using GlowMax AI’s secure backend and storage providers so users can view scan history, progress, and related app features. Images are not public and are accessed through private or signed URLs.

Face data and uploaded selfies are retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain scan history, support security and abuse prevention, resolve disputes, and meet legal, billing, compliance, or operational obligations.

Users may request deletion of account data and uploaded content by contacting support@glowmaxai.com from the email address linked to their GlowMax AI account.

Moderation and safety checks

Submitted images and text may be reviewed by automated moderation or safety systems to detect content that violates app policies, safety requirements, platform rules, or legal requirements.

Payments and subscriptions

GlowMax AI does not store full payment card details. Mobile subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device and purchase method. We may store limited subscription status, plan type, renewal status, transaction references, and related billing metadata needed to provide access, support, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and compliance.

How we use information

We use information to operate the app, create AI Glow Reports, provide Glow Scores, power AI Coach, track progress, manage subscriptions, improve product experience, prevent abuse, handle support, maintain security, and meet legal, billing, compliance, or operational requirements.

Service providers and third parties

AI, moderation, infrastructure, storage, analytics, communications, app store billing, and payment partners may process limited data as needed to provide, secure, improve, or support the service.

We require service providers to process data only as needed to provide services to GlowMax AI and to apply appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards.

Admin access

Authorized admins may access limited account, scan, subscription, and support-related data where needed for support, safety, abuse prevention, operations, troubleshooting, and compliance.

Your choices and deletion rights

You may request deletion of your account data and uploaded content, subject to any records we must retain for security, billing, dispute handling, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, or compliance obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account information and uploaded content, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Children and minors

GlowMax AI is not intended for children. Do not upload images of minors or create an account for someone who is not permitted to use the service.

International processing

Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your local region depending on our providers and service infrastructure.

Not medical data / wellness positioning

GlowMax AI is positioned for beauty, grooming, appearance-improvement, and wellness guidance only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor disease.

No sale of personal data

GlowMax AI does not sell personal data.
